THE WEEKLY BEATING is a metal show that started airing on 100.3 The Edge FM (KDJE) on Sunday, August 24, 2003. It is a 2-hour show that plays everything from old-school heavy metal, to new-school hardcore and metalcore. Some of the bands featured on The Weekly Beating are: Arch Enemy, Iced Earth, Slayer, Poison the Well, Man-O-War, The Bled, As I Lay Dying, Chimaira, Dio, Pantera, Iron Maiden, and the list goes on and on. It is hosted by Matt "Razor" Cruz, who also hosts the local band show, Razor's Edge Live, from 6-8 P.M. on 100.3, right before TWB, and Adam Peterson, who runs the local music scene webzine, LittleRockHardcore.Com. The show is made up of entirely all of your requests, so we play what you guys want to hear!
